You’ll love this place because of its location, homemade food - hearty breakfast on demand when the owner is present, its close vicinity to trekking trails, Kubinska Hola Ski park, Aquapark in Dolny Kubin and lots of other things to do and see nearby. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. The space The guests may use sauna in the house for additional 20€/hod and hearty home made breakfast for 10€ EUR per person. The house consists of 5 individual bedrooms, shared kitchen and TV room with balcony. 1st room has its own bathroom that can host 4 persons (suitable for a family), 2nd room with king size bed and single bed sharing bathroom with 3rd room with king size bed. There are also 2 attic rooms sharing one bathroom, each attic room can accommodate up to 5 persons. Guest access All guests have access to common TV room in an open space with kitchen and dining corner, balcony or front patio (smoking possible) bar and breakfast room (in case of bigger parties), backyard with BBQ. Other things to note The house has three floors; on the first floor is the private area where we (the hosts) live, and the other two floors are for accommodation.
