Charming, light and airy 2 bedroom apartment with terrace in which to relax, recharge and nourish the spirit. Located in a small and peaceful village Rožat, 5 km from Dubrovnik, with excellent bus connections to the city center. The space It's a lovely two-bedroom apartment, with a cosy living room and a kitchen, a bathroom, and a peaceful terrace - a perfect place to have your morning coffee and relax to the birdsong! The parking spot is in front of the house. One bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160x200), while the other has a single bed (80x200) that easily converts into a double bed (160x200); both rooms are accompanied by spacious wardrobes. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs, with an electric stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and all other small necessary equipment to help you enjoy your cooking and dining. A bathroom with a tub has all appliances including a hairdryer and washing machine. The apartment has air-conditioning in the living room and fast and free WiFi. Making my apartment welcoming to both myself and anyone who may visit is a priority for me, so I always keep it clean and organized, with fresh linen and towels, and home accessories. Maps and event flyers are always there, to help you enjoy the city! Guest access The whole apartment, as in pictures, is only yours to enjoy! Other things to note I can be flexible with the check in/check out times if the apartment is free for previous or next day, otherwise please make sure that check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is until 10 AM. This is the only way I can keep the apartment freshly cleaned for all my guests :-)
