Beautiful bright upside down house in a quiet cul de sac behind Westbourne. The space The house is a bright spacious newly renovated family home in a fabulous location near Bournemouth town centre and beaches. It is an upside down house with the living area at the top of the house. It is situated in a quiet cul de sac in Westbourne next to the beautiful Bournemouth gardens. The beach is a 15/20 minute walk or a 3 minute drive. The house was televised being renovated in the summer of 2017 by George Clarke’s channel 4 show Ugly House To Lovely House. We still have some work to do on the house but we did make some big changes. This is our family home so the rest of the renovation will be done when it’s possible to finish it. Compromises of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sociable open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. 3 bedrooms are downstairs and a large bathroom with a bath and shower. The king bedroom downstairs has patio doors onto garden decking. Upstairs there is 1 double bedroom, a study area next to the upper decking. One bathroom with a shower is upstairs. There is a lot of outdoor space for children to run around and adults to relax in. The back of the house opens up onto a large decked area with steps down onto another decked area outside the main bedroom. There is also a seating area and lawned garden along the side/front of the house with a swing set for your children to play on. Parking space for 3 cars with other free parking opposite the house. There is a gas BBQ for your use on the upper decking. SKY/NETFLIX are available. The fridge will be mostly empty for your use and there will be freezer space. You have access to the whole house except the loft space and certain cupboards that are going to be sealed or marked private. We are fairly new to hosting. We are flexible and happy to help you with any special requests that you have, don’t hesitate to ask. There is welcome pack for you to read with information about the house and local area. There will be leaflets for you to look through and to use. COVID-19 update We use professional cleaners after every visit, who will ensure the house is thoroughly cleaned & disinfected. There will be anti bacterial hand wash at every sink. All linen is washed at high temperatures. Guest access Parking for 3 cars. 1 on the left of the drive and 2 on the right behind each other Other things to note The Bournemouth Christmas tree wonderland starts on 15th November 2019 through to January. It’s absolutely magical. The Christmas market is on in the square, ice skating plus lots more. It’s a must see. Very easy to walk or drive to from our house.
