Fully equipped seafront cottage. Central heating, fridge, cooker, nespresso coffee machine, dining area, outside sitting area. Close to Carnoustie golf course and other local courses, including St Andrews. 10 mins walk to train station (servicing Glasgow, Edinburgh, etc), supermarket, laundry facility, shops, restaurants and bars. On cycle/walking route. Close to Arbroath and Dundee. Dogs welcome for a fee of £40 per pet. *Please note: there is no washing machine or freezer in the cottage. The space Property can accommodate up to 4 guests. Super King Size or twin beds, single bed and sofa bed. Beds as standard will be made up as Super King bed in bedroom and bedding left for sofa bed if more than 2 guests. If a different bed arrangement is required please inform us at time of booking. Sofa bed is suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. There is a single bed that can be made up in the bedroom for 1 child. Local attractions include country parks , cinemas, swimming pool, V & A Dundee, Discovery Point, Quad biking and many other leisure activities all within 20 min drive. More information will be sent to you prior to arrival. Guest access Guests have property to themselves. Own front door and sitting area at the front of the property. Free parking is available directly in front of the cottage. Other things to note Instructions for heating, cooker, etc are available in the property. A cleaning fee of £40 is applicable for pets. We ask that you do not allow your pets on the beds. Pet hair very difficult to get off of the bedding. An extra charge of £18 will be requested if extra laundering is required.
