In the heart of the Aude Pyrénées, close to the royal citadels of Languedoc, this detached house with exposed stone walls combines the charm of the old with modern comforts. Equipped to accommodate 4 people, the cottage offers you cool temperatures in summer and all the comforts you need: a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine), air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi. For relaxation, the stream below and a large private garden are at your disposal. The space Single-family home with reversible air conditioning and high-speed wifi. This 2-story property is accessible at ground level on the ground floor and 1st floor. The internal staircase is equipped with a child safety gate. Upstairs, the double bed in the bedroom can be completely separated from the other two beds by a curtain. On the ground floor, a single sofa bed is also available in the sitting area. The wood-burning stove can be used in spring and fall. We will provide firewood upon request. A large garden is available where you can use the deckchairs and garden table as you wish. A path also provides access to the river (a stream in summer) below the cottage. Guest access The cottage is easily accessible from the D117 and has its own private access with private parking at the top of the field.
