Resort Villas Andalucia manages Villa Muscari, a luxurious 4-bedroom villa with private bathrooms, located next to the golf course and just a 20-min. (aprox.) walk to center of the charming village of Benalup. It boasts unbeatable views of the valley, private pool, and a spacious terrace. The ground floor houses a separate apartment with a 2nd kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, and a living and dining area. AC throughout the house and Wi-Fi are available. The space Villa Muscari is a modern and stylish 4-bedroom villa for up to 8 people. The villa is spread over 3 floors; on the entrance floor you will find the large living room, dining room and kitchen, all open in the same space. On the right is the master bedroom with large built-in closets, an open en-suite bathroom with a double sink, bathtub and shower. Both from the living room and from the bedroom, you can access the terrace and pool from large French doors. One floor down you will find 2 bedrooms. 1 with a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. The 3rd bedroom offers two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the valley. Two floors below you will find a fully equipped apartment, which can be accessed from the house and also from a separate entrance from the Resort. It consists of a bedroom with a king size bed, with French doors opening onto a private patio. The separate living room offers a sofa, TV, dining table and also a fully equipped kitchen. There is air conditioning throughout the Villa, WiFi, a washer and dryer, and many closets. The huge terrace offers 8 sun loungers, outdoor dining table, covered shaded areas, barbecue, private pool and unbeatable views of the Alcornocales Natural Park. Swimming pool: 10m x 5m 1 parking space in front of the villa Guest access The Villa is completely private for your use including the swimming pool and garden. Within the Resort you will find Fairplay Golf Hotel & Spa, with a 18 hole golf course, an amazing spa and restaurants. Our guests are welcome to use their services. The Hotel prices are applied. Other things to note The monthly offer is not available in July or August. The villa has a barbecue, but the fuel is not included. It can be easily purchased in the village of Benalup.
