A light and airy townhouse, our house is perfect for large families or 4 couples/groups with its unique space & location. Only 1 min steep walk (or 5min more gentle by road) to the sandy beach, a private and enclosed south facing garden for alfresco dining, wood burner in the lounge, lovely large kitchen diner & dog friendly. The 4 generous sized bedrooms & 3 bathrooms split across 2 floors giving 2 families or couples more privacy. Twin/superking options. Off street parking 2 cars with EVcharge The space As you enter the house we have a large tiled entrance area for muddy walking boots, buckets and spades or prams! Then you enter the main entrance hall. Off this is the cosy lounge with 40" TV and a wood burning stove, ideal for autumn/ winter breaks. It’s not large, seating 7/8, unlike the kitchen which is large and has a long table seating 10 set into the window seat. French doors lead you to the garden which is enclosed, private and south facing with rattan furniture, a summer house and shed. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer and larder fridge.Our house has great sleeping space ( with thick walls) . On the first floor is the master king size with ensuite shower and also a lovely double aspect twin bedroom ( can be made a superking ) with adjacent family bathroom. The wide landing and stairs take you up to the top floor with a twin bedroom ( can also be made into a superking) with ensuite shower and another separate twin bedroom . All the bedrooms are large and the twins can be pushed together. There is a travel cot and high chair available.Most people are surprised at how much bigger the house is except the lounge which is, as photographed. Parking for 2 cars plus one or more on street Guest access The house is all yours for your stay and our housekeepers are close by should you need help. Two well behaved dogs can stay by arrangement but must be kept downstairs. Other things to note Bedding,towels and tea towels are provided but please bring beach towels and bedding for the travel cot Weekly bookings are Friday-Friday. For short breaks (3 or 4 days) start on Fridays,Mondays or Tuesday
