“Stay Awhile” is a spacious walk out basement apartment, very clean, in a quiet neighborhood minutes from Old Town Fredericksburg, University of Mary Washington, Fredericksburg Convention Center, FredNats baseball stadium, restaurants, shopping, historical sights, battlefields & Heritage Trail along the Rappahannock River. We have a walk/run/bike trail in our neighborhood and a tandem bike you may borrow. Enjoy our 82” TV and WIFI. We are 1 hr from DC & Richmond, 1.75 hrs from Williamsburg. The space To access the private entrance to the apartment in the back of the house, you walk on a paved walkway along the side of the house and then must be able to walk down 9 steps and along a paved walkway tothe private patio entrance. Our property is not well suited for individuals with mobility limitations. Free parking in our driveway. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, electric teapot, countertop toaster oven that toasts, bakes and broils, rice maker and smoothie maker. The kitchen does NOT have a stove or a full size oven. Guest access We offer self check in with a lock box code.
