Cancellations less than 24 hrs will be refunded at 50%. Quiet. Easy going. There are 2 sofa beds located in the family room. A full and twin. Your room says WELCOME. Your bathroom says GUEST. All areas can be accessed by guest EXCEPT for other bedrooms and bathrooms. I can always be reached by text, cell, Airbnb messaging or in person (if I'm there) Quiet Personal car, Uber, Lyft. There is no public transportation. The entrance you will use is semi private. Rooms are always cleaned by me. I'm pickier than any maid could ever be.
