The space The villa is unique for its view of the Aiguilles de Bavella, the maquis and its sea view. Suitable for a couple or two. We welcome quiet people who are respectful of the villa and want to enjoy the surrounding nature and the sea. 3-star furnished tourist accommodation ***. We have another accommodation at the same address, it is the Rez de villa Machja apartment of 65 m2, same configuration as the villa Machja but without swimming pool, it is also on Airbnb. Regarding children: special supervision is requested from parents due to the presence of the pool, riprap, and nearby maquis. Guest access Everything is done to accommodate you in the best conditions of hygiene and safety, our accommodation is disinfected with suitable products and it is ventilated between each rental. Other things to note Some work (house construction) is taking place in the subdivision; it is not causing any particular inconvenience at this time. We cannot accept pets. For a short stay (1 or 2 nights), the cleaning fee is €50 (reasonable dirt excluding dishes and garbage). For stays beyond 2 nights, the cleaning fee is €100, the accommodation must be returned in a decent condition (reasonable dirt excluding dishes and garbage). If Airbnb has not charged you, you must pay the tourist tax (€1/person per day) before you leave. This mandatory tax is paid to the Corsica region and the municipality of Solenzara. The pool is not heated, it is secured by an alarm. Only one vehicle is allowed to park in the residence, however free outdoor parking is available. We provide one bath sheet (shower) and one small towel per person for the duration of the stay. These should not leave the villa and be used at the beach. We don't provide beach towels.
