300 metres from the train station, and 280 metres from the bus station, located at the very start of College Street, this spacious apartment has been finished to the highest standard, with full internal works and new furnishing completed in May 2019. The apartment is upstairs, and consists of a large sitting room, and fully fitted kitchen, utility with washer/ dryer, bathroom and a large bedroom. Note strictly no parties. The space The apartment is above a shop, up one flight of stairs. We share this stairs with an office that is staffed 9-5 Monday to Friday. The apartment has been designed to be spacious, a large sitting and very large bedroom, good space bathroom with electric shower, a full laundry and utility room, and a kitchen with seating for 4. There is excellent natural light in the apartment, with numerous windows and a skylight. We provide milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, and basic breakfast foods (cereals, bread) and condiments. The kitchen is set up for cooking with pots, pans provided and cooking essentials (oil, salt, pepper) available. We also provide toiletries for guests in case you have forgotten any essentials on your stay. Guest access You will be the only guests in the apartment. The stairs and outside landing is shared with an office which is staffed Monday to Friday 9am -5pm. Car Parking is right next door at the "Town Car Park"/ Friary Car Park, but there are 4 car parks in under a 4 minute walk from the door. Most have no overnight charges for parking. I provide a detailed map of parking options before check in. Other things to note We are excellently located at the start of College Street. This is a town centre listing so there may occasionally be street noise (e.g. Saturday nights) however the insulated walls and glazed windows are designed to prevent any noise disturbing guests, and we always have both ear plugs and a fan for white noise on hand if an issue arises. As you will see from our reviews noise has not been an issue for guests to date.
