Newly built attic located in a central area. The accommodation is in fact a few minutes from the center of Courmayeur where you can find shops, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, cinema. The ski lifts are within walking distance, 500 meters away. My place is suitable for couples, business travelers, and families (with children). The apartment is very bright and has a terrace with beautiful views of the Mont Blanc range. Baby kit available consisting of side rail and high chair. A practical covered parking space is available for my guests under the house. There is no Wi-Fi. Other things to note Tourist tax: From 05/01/24, as required by Regional Law no. 11/2023, the tourist tax for short-term rentals must be applied. The minimum rates are established by Regional Council Resolution No. 1146/2023 and adopted by City Council Resolution No. 68/2023. Standard rate: €2 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive days. Children under the age of 15 are exempt. 50% reduction: from May 1 to June 15 and from October 1 to November 30.
