At least 1 guest must be 55 or over. Guest must agree to sign a rental agreement within 5 days before arrival. Seasonal rental, 55+ Gated Senior development, 2 bed, 2 bth, large, older manufactured home, includes 2 car garage. Approx 20 min from Palm Springs, close to public golfing, many festivals, wonderful restaurants, Old town La Quinta and local casinos. Approximately a 5 minute drive to the Empire and El Dorado Polo Grounds. About a 15 min drive to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. The space *Update as of January 2021. Carpeting has been removed and replaced with vinyl waterproof plank flooring. * Master bedroom and bath are large. Please note that the Master bath shower has 1 step up. Two large closets in Master. Cal King sleep number bed. 2nd bedroom has queen bed and 1 large closet and attached bath w/ tub/ shower. Hairdryers are available in both bathrooms. Kitchen has a gas cook top, counter top oven, microwave, dishwasher, Small George Forman grill, Hot Pot, Coffee Pod or loose coffee, individual cup coffee maker, coffee, sugar and liquid coffee creamer. Laundry room has stainless front loading washer and dryer, small ironing board and iron, and also a large desk in the laundry room. Outside patio, Table w/4 chairs and a George Forman electric outdoor or indoor bbq grill. Just hoping to make you comfortable during your stay.
