Less than 2 miles to historic downtown, and a 15-20 minute drive to vineyards west of Cville. Perfect for UVA & other Cville events, bachelorette weekends, weddings, etc.! May also be booked w/Cavalier Cottage (next door, 6 guests) for graduation/reunions. The space Overview: 5 BRs, 4 Full Baths: 1 King w/Bath, 1 King + Single w/Bath, 1 Queen BR, and 2 Single BRs. Two indoor living areas: Open Living/Dining/Kitchen area, Family Room w/TV with French Doors opening to Patio. Two outdoor areas: Patio off downstairs and Front Porch, both with grassy areas for lawn games (we provide cornhole and spike ball) The Main Floor: Open Living/Dining/Kitchen area, King Master BR, Queen BR, and hall bathroom. Hardwood Floors throughout (except tile in hall bath). The Upstairs: King + Single Master BR, Queen BR and Single BR share Hall Bath. Hardwood Floors throughout (except tile in bathrooms). Parking: We can fit up to 3 cars (single file) in our driveway and can provide parking passes for 2 cars on the street (these passes must be returned and only work on our street - $50 fee if not returned).
