100 sqm apartment with air conditioning and large bathroom

Very bright and spacious apartment with designer renovation. Equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for a good rest, up to a geyser coffee maker. There are two air conditioners. The apartment has two bathrooms, which provides comfort for a large group. The house has a fenced area with parking and playgrounds. There are a lot of different grocery stores around the house for every taste. Negative reviews were taken into account, furniture was changed:) The space Designer renovation, good household appliances. The bedrooms have new orthopedic mattresses on the beds. This is an apartment in which we usually live ourselves and rent it out during our stay at the dacha or our long trips. The apartment has never been inhabited by pets, cleaning is done with organic hypoallergenic detergents. The apartment is safe for allergy sufferers. Guest access A 20 sqm loft-style bedroom, a 16 sqm Provence-style bedroom, a 30 sqm living room with two windows and a large loggia combined with a kitchen, a combined bathroom with a large bathtub and a separate bathroom. Smoking is allowed on the loggia!
