This spacious chalet is located in the center of Kirchberg in Tirol in the ski resort of Kitzbüheler Alps. An excellent location on the river, very central with a lot of privacy. The chalet has 8 bed- (made beds) and 5 bathrooms, almost all direct connected. The furnishings are comfortable with a large kitchen with a cooking island. The chalet is ideal for families with (grand) children or groups of friends (max 18 pers). In 2019 a skiroom is added. Rented in winter through Belvilla. The space All rooms are spacious and kitchen, dining and living room are connected. The spacious living room has a 65-inch satellite TV, dining has table for 18 people, kitchen with two dishwashers, two refrigerators, oven & microwave, 5 electric cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, all kinds of cooking aid equipment, everything to cook and bake delicious. Furthermore, a bookcase filled with English and Dutch books and a cupboard full of games. Obviously, there is a washer and dryer. There is a small kitchen and small living room in the basement. The garage can accommodate 2 cars. There are high chairs (trip-trap) and baby chairs. Besides 18 beds, there are two cribs for babies / children up to 3/4 years. Guest access The chalet consists of three layers and of its location on a slope and nearby a stream both the ground floor and basement are connected to the terrace and the garden around. On the ground floor are the kitchen, dining and living room, and one bedroom for disabled. The rest of the bedrooms are located on the 1st and the basement. The whole chalet is available to guests, some private areas are closed. Other things to note Guests have to pay the manager on site the local tourist tax (€ 2, - per person per night). There is space for up to 5 cars to park on site. Wrongly parked cars can lead in Austria to a fine, to be paid by the wrongly parked car, even if the illegal parking happens on the private grounds of the neighbors!
