Challet Miradouro do Vale with a unique view of Furnas, crater of a volcano with active thermal activity, either by its "curative" water springs, attested by ancient use or by the thermal pools of Hotel Terra Nostra (800m away) and Poça da Dona Beija (250m away). Renewed and adapted for local accommodation, for a sustainable logic, thus, the cooling is by transversal ventilation and the heating by wood, in a heat recuperator with heat distribution by the remaining housing. The space Holiday home, designed already for this function - View of the Valley, so all spaces have a view of the Furnas Valley, separating into sleeping area with 3 bedrooms and social area that connects the living room / kitchen / dining terrace. We have 3 bedrooms that can be organized in: (a) 1 Double Bedroom and 2 Bedrooms with 2 single beds each, or, b) 2 Couple Bedroom and 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds, thank you to indicate your option when booking, two sanitary installations, one complete with connection to the terrace and the other internal with shower serving the social area of the house, common room and kitchen. The access to the exterior is direct from all rooms to the terrace, with covered dining area. In the stay there is a total space of the property, where we are developing an orchard, that will make it possible to have ripe fruit in almost every month of the year, to pick it directly from the tree.
