Germaine's house

NEW in 2025 ! Renovation of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, a car park with an electric charging station and a 12m x 4m pétanque court (the ball game). Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers. The space A very nice decor, a large dining room, a nice lounge-library and a bathroom with the toilet. The 2 bedrooms of 25m2 have a bed of 140 for one and 2 beds of 90 for the other, plus a child's bed up to 3 years old and a cot for the little ones. And to stay connected by internet, the house is equipped with fiber. Guest access You will have the whole house and its garden with deck chairs, outdoor table and BBQ for a very relaxing stay. Other things to note When you arrive, you have nothing to provide, everything is provided (towels, sheets, toiletries ...). There will also be enough to make a first breakfast (butter, coffee, tea). Germaine's house has all the equipment and products to clean as well as basic culinary products and cutlery, glasses, many dishes, for you to be at home! In the summer season, in the private garden, a large table and a BBQ for lunch outside.
