Bedroom with own bathroom+parking close to Centre

A comfortable and bright double bedroom with a big bathroom. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area approximately 10 - 15 minutes walk from the City Centre, Principality Stadium, Cardiff Bay and Millennium Centre. There is a parking space available but I need to know in advance if the guest needs to use it. I am working from home, but only from my bedroom so the common area and kitchen are available for the guests. My boyfriend lives with me as well but we have our own bathroom. The space The room is very comfortable and big enough for two people. There is a big bathroom available only for the guest and it is just opposite the room. The room has a big built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a new double bed. There is a safe box for your belogings or documents and also a small fridge so if you would like to keep some food there, no problem. You are very welcome to use the main kitchen for breakfast and have some coffee or tea. If the guest wants to stay longer they can use the kitchen for cooking as well. I am happy to show you everything at the beginning. There is underfloor heating and it is set on the thermostat but if you feel cold, let me know and I can change it or provide an extra blanket/duvet. I am working from home, but as I am working from my bedroom I will not be in your way during the day and the rest of the flat is still available to use. This is a non-smoking apartment. Guest access The guests can use the room, bathroom and the kitchen and dinning area. During your stay Feel free to ask me anything before your arrival, it just might take me a few hours to reply due to work. When I am home I am happy to chat but if you don't feel like it, it is absolutely fine. I am working from home, so will not be able to chat with you during normal working hours. As I am working from my bedroom I will not be in your way or disturb you in any way. You will have a key from the apartment so you can come and go as you please. In the case of later arrivals please keep in mind that this is a quiet building.
