Pleasant and bright house, open to the outside with a large terrace facing South/South West and a fenced garden of 500 m2. The house is located in a privileged setting 150 m from a splendid family beach of fine sand, at the entrance to Dinard. The space Ideally located between Dinard and Saint-Briac, Saint-Lunaire is a pretty seaside resort formerly called the "Little Nice". A beautiful coastal path (GR 34) overlooking beautiful beaches, is available to you, and will take you to the center of Dinard in 45 minutes or towards Saint-Lunaire then Saint-Briac... Many sites to visit accessible by car: - Saint Malo and its privateer city Intra Muros (15 min) - Le Mont St Michel (50 min) - Dinan and its medieval city (20 min) - Cap Fréhel (40 min) - Saint Briac, its golf course/coves (10 min) - Île des Ebihens accessible on foot at low tide from Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer - Cézembre Island accessible by sea shuttle from Dinard, and many other beautiful places... Guest access With its 3 bedrooms and mezzanine, the house can ideally accommodate 6 people and up to 8 people with 1 sofa bed 2 seats located in the mezzanine and/or 2 extra beds of 1 person that can be added in each of the children's rooms. The accommodation also consists of a living/dining room, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a shower room (shower), 2 separate toilets, and a garage. The accommodation is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, combined fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, large screen TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, iron...) We offer: garden table/parasol, barbecue, deckchairs, indoor & outdoor games (beach games, balloons, rackets, 2 adult bikes available...). You will also have access to 2 private parking spaces at the entrance to the house. Clean sheets, towels and tea towels are available at no extra cost. Setting up an office on request (teleworking possible). The house must be returned tidy and clean. Other things to note A deposit check of 1,000 euros (obviously not cashed) will be requested at the beginning of the stay.
