Perfectly connected to the city, with two bus lines (9A,63A), and two metro stations (Meidling Hauptstraße line U4, and Niederhofstraße line U6) barely 800m away. Line U4 takes you directly to the city centre (Karlsplatz, Stadpark or Schwedenplatz). The Qeueen apartment (30m²) has a big sleep-/livingroom with queen size bed and a big sleep queen size couch and can host up to 4 people. The “Queen” is also equipped with a small 4 person table with chairs, closet, ample chest of drawers and a 42" smart-TV with HDMI connection and HDMI cable to connect your media devices. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, tableware set and other kitchen utensils. The stylish bathroom is on hand with a shower, hairdryer, towel-set and other bathroom equipment. These newly renovated apartments are a part of an over 100 year old heritage-protected tenement. The person who booked has to provide the identity document (ID card, passport or driver license): document type, number, issue date, issuing agency/office and the physical address -Statistic report to MA23: number of guests and nights, home country We have to comply with the regulations in order that we still can lead our lodging to your satisfaction. Therefore we ask you for smooth cooperation to fulfill the law requirements. On your arrival please fill out the guest directory journal with the above requested information.
