The house is divided into two floors: the rooms of the B&B are located on the first floor. Breakfast is served from 8.00 am. The space The B&B is located just inside the historic walls of Siena, in the Contrada della Lupa area, a short walk from Piazza del Campo, the heart of the city, where the Palio is traditionally held on July 2 and August 16. The location is ideal, with the bus station and the city tram stop that take you directly (3 stops) to the train station, less than 1 km away and reachable in 10 minutes on foot. You can find free parking in the surrounding streets, or for a fee at two garages that are about 50 meters away. The peculiarity of the B&B is that it is a building in the historic center of Siena completely surrounded by a garden, offering tranquility, silence and an unusual view of the valley below the ancient and famous fortress of Monte dei Paschi. The house, built in the 1930s and recently renovated, is spread over two floors, with the 5 rooms of the B&B located on the first floor. Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 9:30 am on a buffet, allowing guests to help themselves and eat comfortably in their rooms. Cleaning is daily, with a complete change of linens on a weekly basis. During your stay My home is on the ground floor of the house, while the B&B is on the first floor of the same. I will be able to meet the needs of my customers, obviously when I am at home. Other things to note Check-in is by 8:00 pm. From March 1, 2012, the Municipality of Siena has established a tourist tax of EUR 2.50 per person per night (minimum age for municipal tax: 12 years) from March 1 to October 31, and EUR 1.50 from November 1 to February 28. The hotelier simply performs the function of collecting the tax on behalf of the Municipality.
