Parliament Place
Parliament Place
Description
Parliament Place is a charming country brick structure built in the early 1950's. It is intended to be a quiet retreat from the hustle & bustle of city life where one can stay secluded, watch movies on the large screen TV , connect your computer or take a walk. The third bedroom doubles as a game room or as we call it, the "rest" room where one can read a book, play cards, put a puzzle together or as the title suggests, simply just relax!!! Check Airbnb for The Ranch House, another Nichols BNB. The space For your enjoyment, the house has a brand new patio and privacy fence surrounded by several flower beds which do require our attention so you may occasionally see us doing this or hear a lawn mower. We will try our best to not disturb you!!! The owner is lovingly referred to as a "neat nick" by her family, is very meticulous and operates this facility as pet free/smoke free home. The garage is used for storage and you will need special permission from the owner to use. Check out THE RANCH HOUSE on Airbnb, another Nichols owned BNB. A great family vacation spot and a hunters paradise. Guest access All parts of the house interior are accessible and can be used for your stay. The house is filled with antique furniture so we ask that you take special care of each piece and please notify the owners if there is a problem. Phone numbers, internet password, and instructions for using the large screen TV are posted at the house. The garage is used for storage of extra furniture and other things so special permission is required of the owner for use. Other things to note The whole house is wheelchair accessible with a ramp leading into the house through the garage. All doorways are wide for mobility purposes and there is a handicapped bathtub with bench and pull down shower. The garage doubles as a storage area for extra furniture and other things, so special permission is necessary to use it. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT EXTRA GUESTS MEAN EXTRA WORK AND THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR EACH GUEST!!!
