Unique apartment just a stone's throw from Drübeck Monastery. Modern, cozy and furnished with attention to detail, the accommodation has individual fixtures and high-quality amenities. The space The "HollandHaus" — built around 1860 — with its exposed ceiling beams (room height partly below 185 cm!), creaking wooden stairs and foot-warming plank floors conveys the traditional character of old half-timbered houses. The fully equipped designer kitchen with space for up to 6 people and a modern, high-quality bathroom with shower and bathtub offer very cozy comfort. One double bedroom is on the first floor, two more bedrooms with custom-made king-size beds are on the second floor. Wi-Fi and smart TV can be used here. In summer, cozy seating under the old cherry tree in the courtyard garden invites you to relax. Attention: The hallway and the staircase are temporarily shared by the host family, as there is a privately used room on the 2nd floor of the house. For babies and toddlers, the HollandHaus is only partially suitable due to the open stairs. Guest access The property is located in the annex with a private entrance. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are used exclusively by our guests. Other things to note The city of Ilsenburg (Harz) as well as the districts of Drübeck and Darlingerode, as state-approved climatic health resorts and a tourist tax from all overnight guests. In return, you will receive the Ilsenburg ticket from us at check-in and thus benefit from numerous discounts on a wide variety of leisure activities such as museum visits, carriage rides and much more. The Ilsenburg ticket also includes a Harz guest card, with which you will also receive discounts in around 50 other Harz resorts, as well as the Harzer holiday ticket for free use of local public transport. Please pay the tourist tax in cash at check-in or upon receipt of the ticket booklet at the latest. The tourist tax is calculated according to the length of stay. Arrival and departure count as one day. The tourist tax in Ilsenburg and in the districts is EUR 2.50 per day/person. Children up to the age of 15 are exempt from the tourist tax. From the age of 16, children also pay EUR 2.50 per day/person tourist tax. For families with several children, the third and each additional child are exempt from the spa tax. Severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of 100% are exempt from the spa tax. Accompanying persons of these severely disabled persons are also exempt from the tourist tax if a "B" is noted in the severely disabled person's ID card. People with a disability with a degree of disability up to 99% pay a reduced tourist tax of EUR 1.45 per day/person.
