La Olivita - Emmita Farm

Finca Emmita is 10 mins drive from El Perello and 20 mins from the sea, we are in the middle of a valley, with no neighbours or roads nearby. All you can hear is the sound of silence. The finca is 100% self-sufficient. It is solar powered, we collect rain water and the grey water is recycled to water the vegetable garden and plants. We offer also high speed internet. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PEACE, QUIET, DISCONNECTION AND ENJOYING MOTHER NATURE, this is the place. The space The Olivita is newly renovated and offers a well-equipped small kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and a wood burner, the mezzanine sleeping loft has a double bed and is accessible by stairs. The bathroom has a large shower. There is a nice terrace with a table and chairs, sunloungers and BBQ (not used from June to September due fire risks and it is replaced by a plancha) Guest access The guests have sole use of the Olivita. The swimming pool is shared and is opened from June to September. Emma, the owner, lives at the Finca and you will only see her if you need something. She is very respectful of her guests privacy. There is another casita at the other end of the land who is usually occupied by guests who like you are searching calm and tranquility. We have 3 very friendly dogs who will come to say hi every day and will be very happy to accompanied you on your walks around the finca. There are 3 cats and some chickens producing fresh eggs daily. Other things to note The finca is located 10mins drive from the village of El Perello, a car is needed. To access the finca there is 5 to 7 mins dirt track, it is possible to get here with a normal car. Emma will send prior to your arrival very detailed directions on how to get here.
