The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe. The space The Annexe is in close proximity to the main house. The front garden next to the Annex is available to use for relaxing and Dog exercising !! Here is where you will find the charcoal BBQ and Fire Pit for your use. Logs available for you to use. The Hot Tub is available to all our guests, its situated next to The Annex. Guests can use the Hot Tub. 22.30pm curfew. Please note the hot tub is in an open space and overlooked by the main house. The hot tub is a family hot tub and may be used by family members during your stay. Guest access Guests can access the shared laundry area, to use dryer or dog washing facilities. The garden at the front of the house is used for our guests whilst we use the area situated at the rear of the house. Other things to note The Annexe is located on Bannuttree Lane, which is just off the A49 Hereford to Ross on Wye road. The A49 is a busy road and the traffic can be heard from the property. We provide a welcome Food pack to our guests for their first nights stay only. Bread, Milk, Croissants, Butter, Jam, cereals, Tea, Coffee and Orange juice. If you have children and want to pitch a tent, we are more than happy for you to do so. Also don’t forget to bring some flip flops to allow you to enjoy the hot tub to its fullest! I do have an electric charging point for electric vehicles. This will be charged at 45pkw for guests.
