Modern Comfortable Cottage in Village Setting

A two bedroom cottage in the grounds of our house, with secure off-street parking for one car. The Cottage has a kitchen, bathroom, large living room with pool table and outside table. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and the second bedroom is slightly larger with two single beds. Our garden has a tennis court, which visitors can use. Guests may bring well behaved dogs provided this is notified to us in advance. Dogs must be kept on the lead in the garden. The space The bedrooms are simple and modern. The smaller room has a double bed, bed side table and long mirror; this is a cosy room. The second bedroom is bigger with two single beds, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Both bedrooms are equipped with USB chargers installed in the plug sockets. The bathroom is downstairs and has a large shower, bath and toilet. The kitchen is well equipped, with a microwave, oven, fridge, washing machine, kettle and a toaster. In the kitchen there is a small table which can fit four people. The living room is a large area with a pool table, writing table, sofa and chairs and TV. The TV is set up with Amazon Prime, Netflix and Freeview. Guests are welcome to use the pool table provided any damage is paid for. At the end of the living room there are patio doors filling the room with natural light on sunny days. Guests have exclusive use of the small patio area outside which has a table and bench chairs with cushions. Guest access Guests are welcome to use our garden and tennis court and trampoline. Tennis racquets and balls are available. Other things to note We have two dogs who do have the run of our garden. In the garden we have a pond and therefore any children should not be left unsupervised in the garden. Please also be aware that we have hens in the garden who are protected with an electric fence.
