Smoking is NOT prohibited in the apartment, but we kindly ask our guests to go out on the large, comfortable patio available to the apartment to respect other people's sensitivities. Since we'd hate to imagine our guests leaving the house on an empty stomach, we offer all guests a small breakfast (one juice and one packed croissant, yogurt, milk) for the first day only, regardless of the length of their stay.
