The space With a total area of 450 m2, the house is organized on 2 floors. On the ground floor: - Closed and equipped kitchen - Living room - Dining room - Office / TV Room (ChromeCast) -Double bedroom with bathroom and toilet (master suite) On the 1st floor: -6 bedrooms, 3 with double bed and 3 with 2 single beds - 2 bathrooms, one with toilet - Separate toilet -A relaxation room with billiards, foosball table and a reading corner - A bar overlooking the relaxation room At the top of the tower: - A bedroom with a double bed The house offers 16 beds in total, plus the option to use 2 baby cribs. The following amenities are available to guests: Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, steam iron (very powerful iron), hair dryer, TV with ChromeCast, DVD player, board games, pool table, foosball table, badminton, croquet, ping-pong, petanque court, 9 adult bikes, one child bike, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, plancha, raclette machine, waffle maker, fryer. Provided: linens (towels, bed sheets), hygiene products (soap, shampoo, shower gel), seasoning products (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc.). Guests also have access to the enclosed garden of the house, planted with fruit trees, with an area of 1500 m2. It is surrounded by a 17th century wall, 3 m high. Access to the house is through the garden as well as through the garage which leads directly to it. The house has a garage with the possibility of parking 2 cars. Free public parking is available nearby (50 meters). The house is modern, very quiet, built in the 2000s, well insulated, equipped with electric shutters and an armored door. Guest access Access to the entire house. The rate is €65 per night per person with a minimum of 2 nights and 8 people per night. The house has 8 bedrooms (5 bedrooms with a double bed and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds). As a rule, 1 bedroom accommodates 2 people. Extras: To be left at check-out - If you want a single room, there is a cleaning fee of €25 - Nights for children under 2 years old are free. The use of a baby bed (with mattress, duvet and pillow) will be subject to an extra €20 - The house can accommodate, in addition to 16 people, 3 children. There are 2 large sofas and a futon. Duvets, pillows and towels are provided. Supplement of €20 per night per child Other things to note Additional information: - Viviane will be your contact, she manages the arrival and departure of tenants and answers questions relating to the stay Pricing and special conditions: - Minimum stay accepted: 2 nights o 1 week rate: - 20% valid only on the basic package of €520 per night (package calculated for 8 people). This discount does not take into account additional guests (9th, 10th, etc.) o 4-week rate: - 40% valid only on the basic package of €520 per night oDeposit: €3,000 o Cleaning fee included after guests check out. The cleaning fee corresponds to the restoration of the house after guests check out (#12h of cleaning). If the house is left in too poor a condition (dishes not done, kitchen very dirty, sheets not removed from beds, garbage cans not emptied, etc.), the extra hours of cleaning will be charged to the tenants.
