The Shearing Shed on a Peak District alpaca farm

The Shearing Shed is part of a beautiful 18th century farm located in a quiet valley in the south west corner of the Peak District National Park. The long driveway leads to a bridleway on the famous Three Shires Head network providing some of the most spectacular walking and riding in the country. The farm is an alpaca breeding business, The Shearing Shed is surrounded by fields of these beautiful and inquisitive creatures and you're welcome to walk among them. The space **A rental hot tub can be arranged for your booking if you'd like: just let us know.** The living and dining room has a log-burning stove, TV/DVD/SKY, and beautiful floor-to-ceiling window views over the farm. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs: all have twin beds which can be joined to make super-kings if you prefer; the sofabed (sleeps 2) is downstairs in the living area (not in a separate bedroom), see the photos for the sofa. The bathroom is upstairs with walk-in shower. The Shearing Shed has its own gated garden which is secure for small children. There's a barbeque area with seating for eight, and we can arrange a rental hot tub if you wish. The kitchen has plenty of space to cook for a full house with Neff oven, microwave, and induction hob, full-size dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer. Well equipped for those who want to do some adventurous cooking! Oil-fired central heating keeps the barn very warm 24 hours a day. There's a telephone, and free wireless internet throughout. Well behaved pets are welcome. No smoking indoors please.
