The Calmare cottage has a comfortable terrace overlooking the sea, a fully equipped kitchen and a large garden with a barbecue. Ideal for couples or families with children looking for peace, quiet and relaxation. The space Calmare offers 2 bedrooms with 1 queen size bed each, a hall with a sofa that becomes a single bed (if needed), a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a spacious living room and a modern bathroom with shower! The most special part of the house is the sunny terrace with the stunning view. On the one hand, guests enjoy the view of the mountain with the lush olive trees and on the other hand, they relax with the panoramic view of the sea and the picturesque port of Petritis. Upon entering the area there is a beautiful garden with lawn and many seasonal flowers, where you can enjoy your coffee and lie on our sun loungers. Also, in this space you will find a private barbecue for amazing moments!!! Guest access Calmare has its own private entrance, public secure parking and is just 150 meters from Petritis beach.
