Podere San Niccola is a charming estate located on the southwest coast of Tuscany, in the heart of the Maremma Grossetana. San Niccola consists of two main buildings: the Casale, the original building and San Niccolino (the secondary house), joined together by a century-old olive grove. The location is ideal for organizing corporate events, weddings or parties for up to 80 people.
