Welcome to La Grande Maison, a spacious, bright and tastefully renovated house, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Located in La Tremblade, in a quiet environment, it offers a privileged location to discover the region. Located just a 5-minute drive from beautiful beaches and unspoiled forests, close to the city center and close to the Oléron Island Bridge. The space Discover this charming house of 140 m2 on two floors. Behind its charming facade with these exposed stones, La Maison offers an authentic and warm atmosphere, mixing the character of the old with a neat and modern renovation. The living space offers a pleasant and bright living room as well as a kitchen with a large bay window overlooking the garden. The house has three comfortable bedrooms, ideal for accommodating family and friends. The first bedroom has a 160 cm bed, the second a 140 cm bed and the third a 140 cm bed as well as a bunk bed. The floor offers a bathroom with bathtub, as well as separate toilet with sink, for more practicality on a daily basis. Outside, the private garden of 100 m2 pleasantly extends the living spaces. Furnished with outdoor furniture, it invites you to relax, dine outdoors and share moments in a quiet and pleasant setting. Guest access You have self access for free check-in from 4pm. A secure lockbox is available so you can pick up the keys easily, even if you arrive late. Check-out is also self-contained before 10am: just put the keys back in the box provided for this purpose. Free parking is available directly in front of the house. Other things to note Ideal Option: Want to spend your vacation in a large group? You can rent "La Grande Maison" and "La Petite Maison" (2-room apartment offering a capacity of 4 people), located side by side but each with its own gate and independent entrance, to accommodate up to 12 people while preserving everyone's privacy. Garden and small courtyard allow you to enjoy shared moments in a friendly atmosphere. Hotel-quality linen (bed linen + towels) included. Pets allowed on request and at an additional cost of €25. No smoking allowed.
