Inside, plush couches, modern kitchen with gas stove, hardwood floors, and a fireplace to curl up to. INTERNET, Stereo system with Bluetooth (please limit volume to respect neighbors). ENVIRONMENT: A new 240v EV charging plug for your Electric vehicle has by installed! (extra charge maybe apply). We have our own well so no disposable plastic water bottles please. Plenty of cutlery and dishes so no disposable ones please. Help protect our pristine environment by reading the information on the refrigerator and recycling as much as possible. Guest access Feel free to ride our bikes & 2 kayaks. No access to boathouse. Life jackets provided. Can bring a boat-docking area available. Full size Propane BBQ with side burner and gas provided. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating options and lots of chairs provided. One acre private lot beside peaceful (no camping) Indian Point Provincial Park. South facing Balsam Lake front with a large panoramic Sunny custom dock and loungers. Outdoor lakeside firepit with 8 chairs (please follow rules and local fire regulations) Other things to note There is clean well water so No disposable water bottles, plastic dishes or cutlery for environmental reasons please. Both bunk beds are double below and single above. Some dexterity is required for the upper bunks and adult supervision required. Water is 5 feet deep off the dock so take caution when diving or for non-swimmers/kids. Use of the blue kayak and canoe is 100% at your own risk. Lifejackets MUST be worn properly on watercraft by law. Weather condition and open water can be a risk. No watercraft or swimming close to neighbors shoreline, please respect everyone's privacy. This is a low noise community. Since windows are open and everybody is outside, keep music, noise, foul language to a minimum as most people come here to get away from the rush and noise of the City! No Fireworks, pellet guns or drones. Do not go on neighbors property or swim near their side. Most people are indoors by 8pm so noise levels should decrease accordingly. No outside music devices other than cellphones please. Permission required if you are bringing a motorized watercraft. BBQ+gas provided; Please inquire about use if not familiar as it's dangerous to guests or property if not used properly. Fire extinguisher in kitchen for emergency. Please stay away from our neighbors property. Do Not dispose of any garbage etc in anyone else's garbage bins. Speed limit is 40km/h or less if people are present. Exceeding this causes noise, dangerous to your vehicle and people +hazardous to you since Deer sometimes decide to run across the road at random. No motorized vehicles are allowed across the road on Indian Point Provincial park property but hiking and bicycles are fine. by
