If you are a student on internship, work placement or Erasmus, or you are looking for employment or long term accommodation, then you can book yourself in at the rates below excluding airbnb charges. The faux leather bed and mattress are very comfortable. It has very large window making it very, bright, airy and the largest radiator in the house for warmth and comfort. This is a room with plenty of space and sunshine. There is an upstairs bathroom with toilet bath and a shower cubicle and we also have a downstairs toilet, and shower over bath next to utility. The kitchen is medium range with all fridge, cooker microwave, electric kettle and toaster. . In order to make your more comfortable, the room the following features: • Double bed, • 2 elegant computer desks and chairs, • Bedside chest drawer, • wifi internet access, • Reading lights, • Electric kettle for making own tea in the room (on request) • Has a large wardrobe and clothes hangers This room is suitable for long term and short term lettings for people travelling at low cost, International students on internships, placements, or on Exchange programmes in Bristol, graduate and postgraduate students at University of West England, Bristol University, people on temporary stay searching for permanent accommodation, People from the MOD, Airbus, and Rolls Royce, Bristol robotics school, HP, Aztec west and Almondsbury exchange, Agency workers on night stop-over’s, Hospital staff, professionals working in Bristol from other towns, and all visitors are welcome. Guest access Guests will have access to bathrooms, breakfast room, kitchen, and use of the microwave. If guest are on a long term stays, they have full access to cooking facilities. The washing machine and drier are accessible for use and chaged £5 for wash and dry via the coin box on the washing machine. Please buy your own detergents Guests have no access to the back of the house. Please note these as a private space. Guests, who come with bicycles, please use the back door and store bicycle at the back. The garage is no longer available for guests' bicycle storage. During your stay I work full time, so may not be in the house most of the time, (please let me know if you need anything and feel free to ask whenever you need my help getting around Bristol). There will always be someone around to help you find your way around the house Please observe downstairs/ kitchen cut-off time strictly 8pm Other things to note • • • Please leave shoes at the porch shoe organiser • Towels - Unfortunately, towels are only provided for short-term stays. •Smoking and vaping not allowed in rooms. • Laundry - Guests are allowed to use the washing machine and drier at a charge of £5 via the coin box on the washing machine. Please buy your own detergents for washing. • Kitchen is accessible from 6am to 8pm. Please observe the cut-off time. • Cooking time from 06am to 08pm • Fridge can be accessed anytime • Kitchen utensils - Please, only use utensils allocated to your room. Utensils must be washed, dried, and packed away. No utensils are left on the kitchen sink. • Keep the washroom as tidy as you expect. Before you leave the washroom, please check and check again that the toilet is well flushed, and the sink area is clean. • For ladies, please no sanitary towels in the toilet bin. Be wise and dispose sanitary towels in the bin outside. Bedding will only be provided for the first 5 days.
