Thank you The space The house is quite spacious (170 m2) and open to the outside, you will find everything you need to have a pleasant time: swimming pool with sunbathing, summer kitchen, pool house with toilet, barbecue, terrace with awning and large grounds (1600 m2) The interior is composed of a large kitchen open to the living room (60 m2 space) with a central island on which you can eat and a table for 8 people The house is well insulated and it's nice even in the middle of summer if you leave the bay window closed. Air conditioning is available upstairs Your bed: On the ground floor: You will find 2 bedrooms with 160 cm wide double beds Upstairs: New automatic reversible air conditioning has just been installed (only upstairs for now) One of the bedrooms is equipped with a 160 cm wide bed, storage… Another bedroom has a 140 cm wide double bed as well as a large wardrobe Finally, on the closed mezzanine is a sofa bed with quality bedding for a 140 cm wide bed with a 14 cm thick comfortable bultex mattress Guest access You will have access to the entire house except the garage (private) Other things to note We will be happy to guide you on the activities and places to see nearby... It's still best to message me before booking to make sure the house is available For the summer season, we prefer reservations from Saturday to Saturday Please respect the number of guests during your stay. Only people who have booked are allowed to sleep on site and enjoy the pool. The house is non-smoking (you can smoke outside) We provide bath towels but remember to bring your own towels for the pool No pets allowed. Our cat sometimes walks in the garden and sleeps in the garage, it is independent He's very kind and loves children...
