Spacious villa apartment with mountain view -2 bed

Recently renovated 2 bedroom apartment with mountain views situated perfectly for easy access to the town centre and beautiful mountain walks. There are 2 bedrooms with en suites and a large main space with kitchen, dining area and seating area. The apartment is the ground floor of a large villa with its own entrance, terrace, garden and large private parking area. It is only a 2 minute walk to shops, cafes, bakeries, bars and squares where events are often held. The space Each bedroom has an en suite and can be set up with single beds or a king size bed depending on your needs so just let me know what is best for you and your group. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and all basic cooking essentials. There is free WiFi in the apartment. There is a pellet burner in the living area for winter stays. 3 sacks of pellets will be provided for stays up to a week but if needed more can be purchased nearby in Mr Bricolage, Carrefour, Intermarche etc. Guest access You will have access to the apartment as well as the terrace area outside the front door, the parking area and the front garden. We store heavy machinery and tools at the back of the house so it is safer to avoid that area, however, there are swings and a trampoline in the back garden which I'm happy for children to use if supervised. Other things to note There is a washing machine in the garage behind the apartment which I give access to for long stays, but if you need to use it for any reason contact or grab me and I will unlock it for you.
