Lovely house in a 7500m2 park

Our property offers a very relaxing setting, at the foot of the hills of La Ciotat, while remaining in the immediate vicinity of the city, the sea (2km), and magnificent places for excursions (Cassis and its creeks, Aix-en- Provence..). The garden of exceptional dimensions -7500m2- with its dry stone walls, its pines, almond trees, century-old olive trees, provencal vegetation and cacti quickly immerses you in the Mediterranean atmosphere. The space The maisonette was originally a country shed. For several decades, it has lost its agricultural vocation and has been transformed into a holiday residence, after extensive renovation and expansion. It retains marks of its origin with its thick walls. The bathroom, with its height under the beam of around 1m80, may unfortunately force the tallest to bend down! Beyond these particularities, the house offers a very good level of comfort, both for summer (air conditioning) and for winter (electric heating) with quality equipment. The house can comfortably accommodate a couple, with a 140 bed on a mezzanine above the living room and two children (or adults), with two 90 beds in a separate bedroom upstairs. Guest access Our guests have the exclusive use of the maisonette as well as a space of nearly 3000m2, where children can play in peace. The absence of roads within a radius of 150 meters around the property can also reassure pet owners. Other things to note We do not charge cleaning fees but ask in return that our tenants ensure the complete cleaning of the house, before their departure and leave it in the same condition as they found it. If this cannot be done, we will unfortunately be obliged to charge a flat rate of 100€. Registration Details 1302800022786
