The spaces are spacious (entrance 40 m², living room 50 m², kitchen 30 m², and dining room 30 m²), 4 bedrooms (3 double and 1 with 2 single beds), and 1 dormitory refurbished in 2021 (sleeps 4). The house has been fully tastefully renovated. The space Unique layouts with very large, bright living rooms, all of which open onto the outside with direct access to the terraces. Large enclosed garden. 2 parking spaces and bike parking in the garden. One shower room on the ground floor, perfect for when you get back from the beach. Upstairs, there is a very large master suite with its own private shower room, a study with fiber-optic internet access, 3 bedrooms, and a dormitory with a shared shower room. Other things to note Sheets and towels option: 25 euros/person/stay, folded sheets not installed. 30 euros/person/stay sheets installed not ironed (folded at the dry cleaner). The sheets, regardless of the option chosen, must be removed and roughly folded at the foot of the bed, at the end of the stay.
