A beautiful Edwardian style detached house with a lot of the original features. In the back there is a wonderful garden, and parking available in front. A spacious bedroom located to the back of the house is quiet and relaxing. It accommodates 2 people comfortably. Along with a spacious bathroom next door. We have WiFi and a kettle can be placed in your room should you wish for one. The space We are minutes away from local eateries – Indian, Chinese, Turkish and local pubs. Fosse Park shopping and dining area is minutes away. Fosse Meadows park is nearby, perfect for scenic walks and cycling. There are xcellent transport options: a bus stop 100 yards away, the train station and motorways are close by. We are in close proximity to: * Grove Park Business Area – 6 mins * Fosse Park (M&S, Asda, Primark, Boot) – 7 mins * Next Head Office – 9 mins * Meridian Business Park – 10 mins * Meridian Leisure Park (cinema, bowling, restaurants) – 10 mins - 7 mins to the M1 & M69 - 15 mins to Leicester Town Centre The House There are stairs leading to the bedroom with a bathroom and separate toilet. A few complimentary amenities are located in the bathroom for you to use and you will be provided with fresh towels. Along with a full size mirror. In the bedroom is a wash hand basin with a nice mirror above, ample shelves in the wardrobe. Conveniently placed behind the door are several hooks to hang up your coat, bag, hat etc. There is also a kettle, iron and hairdryer available should you request it. Guest access There is limited access to the kitchen and limited access to the garden. Guests are welcome to use the fridge, microwave and kettle in the kitchen. If you are staying for over a month then more flexible arrangements can be made. During your stay We are pretty helpful and very friendly but of course we respect people's privacy. Other things to note I speak English and my partner Roberto speaks Spanish, Italian and some French. We are happy give you tips to make your sure you have a great trip.
