Please note that the studio guests are typically international visitors eager to explore Southern California, not permanent poolside dwellers. In consideration of your safety and comfort, it's important to mention that our shower door measures 32" wide. Should you find yourself with broader dimensions, kindly note that the glass door might not accommodate larger sizes. We like to give our guests privacy. The property is situated in a peaceful, rural neighborhood of Riverside County, surrounded by expansive horse property homes. The Metrolink Train Station is conveniently located just 2.5 miles away, and the historic Mission Inn is just a short drive away. Despite being just 12 miles away from the Ontario International Airport, the property is not in a flight path, ensuring a tranquil stay. The area was incorporated in 2011 and is known as "Jurupa Valley," which is still part of Riverside County. Horse enthusiasts will appreciate the numerous horse trails in the area. Metrolink (train), Lyft, or City Bus options are available Prior to booking, please be aware that our property strictly prohibits parties, and access to the pool and premises is reserved for paying guests exclusively. For groups of three or four, we offer a newly acquired pull-out sofa from Costco, enhanced with a 5-inch memory foam mattress pad. Previous guests have spoken highly of it. It's important to mention that we exclusively welcome guests with a demonstrated history of positive (5-star) reviews and a government ID associated with their Airbnb account when renting this area.
