A spacious large studio, centrally located, just 250m away from the beach. Separate entrance (3rd floor, external elevator), private balcony, double bed, small kitchenette (newly installed), bathroom and shower. Large flat screen cable TV, spacious workspace with extra monitor and wifi. Enjoy a quiet and green neighborhood, with easy access to all local sites, coffee shops and shopping area. Relaxing views and friendly surroundings! Access to public transportation only a 2 min walk away. The space One independent entire unit (studio) on the 3rd floor of our house. The studio is accessible through an external elevator and has its own private entrance. Inside guests will find a comfortable double bed, and a sofa, large closet space, A/C, Wi-Fi, flatscreen smart TV, and private bathroom with shower, and a private balcony with sea-view. It also has a kitchenette and a table for two. Our third floor overlooks a green area. We provide towels in the bathroom as well as free toiletries (shower gel, shampoo). The balcony has garden furniture (small table, two chairs and sun umbrella). The kitchenette, inside the studio, is equipped with a fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, and cooking stove (no oven). Guests staying for over 6 days may use our washing machine once a week. Guest access Guests have access to the entire studio it's private bathroom, kitchenette and private balcony.
