A lovely vintage style apartment in central Pärnu, approx. 500 meters from Rüütli street and 800 meters from the beach. The space The apartment building dates back to the early 20th century, however undergone renovation in 2006. The apartment was fully renovated in 2016. It is a 1 bedroom apartment with open-plan living room and kitchen area. The pearl of the apartment is the large and bright veranda, that is especially wonderful during summertime. The apartment is equipped with 2 air source heat pumps for heating and cooling - one is located in kitchen/living room and the other one in veranda. In addition to heat pumps, the apartment can be heated with a stove. Please note, that veranda is not usable during winter season as it simply gets too cold and therefore, I close the door between the living room and veranda. Depending on the weather, you might be able to use the veranda during autumn and spring as it is equipped with air source heat pump. Guest access Free of charge parking on the street.
