The Cycladic style, in a complex of houses, house with a shared garden and a breathtaking view of the sea is situated near the unique Cedar forest of Alykon. The surrounding area is ideal for various activities such as biking, hiking, water sports and relaxation. The space The ground floor of the house consists of a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a w.c. with a shower, a comfortable seating area with a fireplace. Extended from there, there is an internal patio as a seating room with great view of the Aegean and a couch which can accommodate one person. The ground-floor includes a roofed platform with a built-in bbq and a large dining room with great views of the Cyclades (Iraklia, Ios, Sikinos, Folegandros). Going up to the first floor there are two double bedrooms, and a w.c. with a shower. Both rooms have access to a shared terrace which offers a wonderful unobstructed view of the Aegean Sea. The semi-basement is connected to the ground floor but it is locked and full separated. This level is also served by an independent entrance door, sometimes of the year the owner maybe there but is full independent from the other house. There is a possibility for a playpen/cot for a baby. The house has central heating so it’s ideal for winter holidays on the island. Air conditioning exist everywhere although is not needed since the cool north winds prevail during the summer months and the existing windows with screens create a natural pleasant coolness. In the surroundings of the house there is enough space for parking and for relaxation since it is surrounded by many plants and trees. The decoration of the house is suited to the style of the island, combined with the natural landscape of the area. Therefore it is the ideal setting for fun and relaxation with friends or family. Guest access Access to the nearest beach from the house is approximately 100 m. The nearby beach offers tranquility even in the summer months when the island is crowded. But the area where the house is situated is ideal for many excursions to many beautiful beaches of Naxos and the wonderful mountain villages. Other things to note Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the house. Pets are allowed only in the outdoor areas and must always be under supervision.
