My mansard house is a modular apartment that can host till 10 people My name is Pietro, I'm a local with attitude and I will be honored to give you tips about my area! Please be aware that the a/c is not installed in every room, the living room and 1 room out of 4 doesn't have it. The area is perfect for dynamic guests who want to explore the area, they will receive a wonderful feedback in order to the strategic position of the House.This cozy mansarde house has 3 rooms with This mansarde house has been renovated twice: in the last century, during the 80's and a couple of years after the beginning of the XXI century schizoid man. The apartment belongs to a building built in the 60's by Pietro's granfather; this building held during the years: a small gastronomy, a bar, a tennis pitch, a cooking laboratory, a bricolage exposition and today a Bed&Breakfast, just beside this apartment. Our family filled this house with passion and an open-mind&arms vision towards his guests during decades and generations. Our priority is to offer cleanliness, privacy, and comfort to all our guests. The owner of the apartment Pietro lives just a door down, and he's always available to share his experience about the area, a journey with us could be a unique experience, we are Locals with Attitude. Guest access The house is entirely cleaned after every check out, the whole space will be at guest's exclusive use. The house includes a small terrace where smoking is allowed.
