This is a lovely light, sunny double bedroom with a TV, kettle, tea & coffee, and breakfast is also available.. You have sole use of a large bathroom right next to the bedroom. We are happy to offer free parking for the length of your stay and are situated a short (7 minute) walk from the Severn Valley Railway and just a short drive from the West Midlands Safari Park. There are also several pubs, restaurants and takeaways within easy walking distance of our home. The space We now follow the AirBNB enhanced cleaning protocols. Our home is a large detached house built in 1929 and we are offering a lovely double bedroom with its own bathroom right next door. If you are travelling with friends or family I do also have a second bedroom available and can rent the 2 rooms together, for details please see my other listing. We can also provide a cot and other baby/toddler equipment as required. Our house is perfectly situated for people visiting the Severn Valley Steam Railway particularly for the special events such as the Santa specials, 1940's weekends or one of the Murder Mystery evenings. We are also a 10 minute drive from the West Midlands Safari Park and within an hours drive of other attractions such as the Ironbridge Gorge museums, The Black Country living museum, Warwick Castle and Shakespeare's Stratford. There are also numerous National Trust properties within easy reach. Guest access We have a breakfast room exclusively for our guests where we provide a selection of cereals, fruit and breads for breakfast, we also provide plates, cutlery, glasses etc if you order a takeaway meal. I have a high chair available and numerous toddler toys. We also have a selection of board games for older children. You are also welcome to use our garden. We provide off road parking with a 3 pin outdoor socket suitable for electric vehicles and can generally arrange for you to drop off your car as early as you like on the first day of your stay, often useful if you have tickets for a Steam train from The Severn Valley Station. If I am available I will happily drop you off at the station, otherwise it is just a short walk from our home. During your stay We can offer contactless hosting with ‘lockbox’ access to the property and self service breakfast if that is what you would prefer, although we are happy to interact with our guests but also very happy to leave you to your own devices, however we are always on hand if you require any help or information on the local area. For your added security we now have a lock fitted to the bedroom door. Other things to note I can provide a cot in the room if required.
