Summer season & school holidays - minimum of 7 nights/Friday check-in, other times weekend and midweek breaks are available 🐾 Dogs are welcome by request/agreement only The space QR code photo will link the lodge virtual tour This is a farm-stay in a rural East Devon village, there are two good sized gardens connected to the lodge which are fenced making it ideal for children/family holidays. It is also a great location for walking with access to the East Devon Way footpath only 50 metres away. There are 2 patio areas, one on the side and one at the back. The back patio catches the morning sun and the side patio the evening sun. The 7 person hot tub is on the patio and is great for extra relaxation! The location in the village of Farway is ideal for the coast as only a short drive away; (approximate distance) Sidmouth 7 miles, Branscombe 6 miles, Beer 7 miles, Lyme Regis 14 miles. The nearest town is Honiton which is 4 miles and Colyton 5 miles (a tram can be taken between Colyton and Seaton along the estuary). There is a riding stables within a short walk from the property and the Donkey Sanctuary 5 miles away by car. This is a working sheep farm and we will often have pet lambs in the adjoining garden at Easter/spring. Guest access The guests have sole use of the Lodge and parking for up to 3 cars. Guests have access to the 2 lodge gardens. Other things to note We are dog friendly and welcome a well behaved dog by prior request/agreement - please message the host for any pet request prior to booking as we cannot always accommodate pets. Lovely countryside location for your relaxation and we request that there is no loud music 7 night minimum during school holidays There are 4 steps to the entrance of the property. During the summer season and school holidays - minimum 7 nights stays with a Friday check in. Low and mid-season midweek and weekend breaks can be available by request.
