A modern studio, along with a social area

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village. The space The studio consists of one room with double bed (140x200 cm), a small kitchen with a dining table and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Coffee and wi-fi are also included. The garden of the house may be used too. Also, there is a balcony on the 2nd floor, with wonderful views. Both are accessible from the outside of the property. In winter, the space is well heated and in summer it is pleasantly cool. You share the entrance with the host. For a small fee, there is a washer and dryer available. If necessary, bicycles or e-bikes can be borrowed. Other things to note The house is not smoking permitted, but you can smoke in the social area outside. Pets are not welcome. No parties or events.
