It’s very easy to get around London from here, with direct or simple connections to: • The West End, Oxford Circus and Buckingham Palace • Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Hyde Park • The Natural History, V&A, Science and British Museums • The National Gallery and Tate Modern • Borough Market and Camden Market • St Pancras, Gatwick, Heathrow and Cambridge Closer to home, you’ll find the Emirates Stadium and Finsbury Park, while the independent shops, restaurants and bars of Upper Street and Angel are also easy to reach. The private garden is a real highlight of the flat—a peaceful, green oasis all year round, with mature planting and seasonal flowers. It has outdoor dining, a barbecue and a hammock in summer, and gets sunshine for much of the day. It’s a lovely place for morning coffee or a quiet evening outside, and you may even spot the resident foxes and their cubs at certain times of year. In the cooler months, the flat is warm and comfortable, a welcoming place to come home to after a day exploring London. Free private off-street parking is also included, which is rare in London. Guest access Welcome! I’ll usually meet you personally at check-in, show you around the flat, explain how everything works and how to lock up securely, and answer any questions. If I’m away, one of my trusted friends or my lovely retired next-door neighbour, Tony, will welcome you instead. I’ll still be available through the Airbnb app or by phone throughout your stay if you need any help or local recommendations. You’ll have exclusive use of the entire two-bedroom flat and its private garden, including: • Your own private entrance • A fully equipped kitchen • Comfortable living and dining areas • Bathroom with bath and shower • A beautiful, green garden with outdoor dining, a barbecue and summer hammock I hope you feel at home here, enjoy everything London has to offer and make wonderful memories during your stay. Other things to note This is my much loved home when I’m not welcoming Airbnb guests, and it is comfortable, well equipped and thoughtfully cared for. The flat is on a peaceful residential street and is not suitable for parties or events. Please respect my lovely neighbours, particularly after 10pm. The garden is a much loved part of my home and needs regular watering during hot summer weather. For stays of more than a few days, I may ask you to water the pots and plants. Everything is provided and it only takes a few minutes. If this isn’t possible, please let me know and I’ll arrange for the garden to be cared for through the separate side entrance, always agreed with you in advance and without entering the flat. Guests have complete privacy inside the flat throughout their stay. I retain access to a separate locked storage room outside the flat, but I will always message in advance if access is required.
