This is a one bedroom self catering apartment that sleeps up to four (use of an IKEA sofa bed,) in sitting room. Will suit families, student travelers, business clients needing accommodation for that early business meeting, bikers for the North West. Desertmartin mix just 4-5 miles, all kinds of travellers from all backgrounds. Seamus Heaney Centre approx 6 miles, Sperrin Mountains within 5 minute drive. Dogs welcome but limited to max of 2 and you must book these at time of booking yourself. Ireland tourist attractions I will be available to collect you from the bus stop in Magherafelt or from the airport if necessary, by arrangement. Wine and dine in Magherafelt excellent pubs, restaurants to suit all pockets, the list is endless, and my home is in the heart of all these wonderful activities just waiting for adventurous people to come and explore, then come back for a hot shower/bath, before heading out for a meal or enjoy a cup of tea/coffee and a relaxing evening watching the sun go down. Guest access The annex is self contained, you may park at the front, or if on bikes they can be kept in my garage overnight. There is a seating/dining area to the side of the annex, complete with chairs, table and parasol. Smoking is only permitted outside.
